    WHAT IS LASER SKIN TIGHTENING?

    Laser skin tightening treatment is a unique facial skin rejuvenation treatment which helps to drastically improve the appearance of your skin by tightening loose skin. Loose skin and Wrinkles treatment can be done using laser skin tightening, making your skin smooth and thereby reducing signs of aging.

    When is this recommended?

    • You have loose skin on your face.
    • You have residual skin laxity
    • You would like improvement in the quality of your skin
    • You are unable to undergo a more invasive procedure to correct skin laxity.
    • You are not pregnant
    • You have not had treatment with Accutane in the last 6 months
    • You have no metal (steel rod, pacemaker, etc.) inside your body
    • You do not have a history of epilepsy
    • You do not have severe uncontrolled Diabetes
    • You have loose skin on your face
    • You have residual skin laxity
    • You would like improvement in the quality of your skin
    • You are unable to undergo a more invasive procedure to correct skin laxity.

    What is the Procedure?

    • You will be required to remove any product that will be on your skin before the skin tightening operation begins, such as make-up, oil, lotions, etc.
    • The practitioner will next provide you with a protective eyewear and a topical anaesthetic lotion to apply to the necessary location.
    • You won’t need any more anaesthetics because the procedure is non-ablative. However, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever before the procedure if you have a low pain threshold.
    • The practitioner will deliver quick bursts of energy to your skin while doing the treatment using a hand-piece.
    • The practitioners might need to repeat the sessions three to four times to achieve the best effects.
    • For best effects, the practitioner must circle the treatment area three times.
    • The length of these sessions, which can range from 30 to an hour, depends on the region that has to be treated.
    • You don’t need to take a break after the treatment; you may resume your regular activities right away.
    • The few adverse effects of this medication, such as some skin redness or swelling, often go away within 24 hours.
